Give us your flight number and we do the rest. We track your arrival, allow 70 minutes for immigration and baggage, and your chauffeur meets you at the agreed pick-up point or, with meet & greet, right at the arrival hall with a name board.

Before you fly
How much waiting time is included?
For departures and one-way transfers, 15 minutes of waiting is complimentary. For airport arrivals we allow 70 minutes from landing, which covers immigration and baggage collection. Additional waiting is S$10 per 15 minutes for the 7, 9 and 13-seaters, or S$15 for the Alphard/Vellfire.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when booking. We track arrival times so your driver is at the hall when you land, and the 70-minute complimentary waiting period starts from the actual landing time.
Are your prices really nett?
Yes. Every fare we quote is nett and final and already includes ERP charges and car park fees. The only additions are the ones listed on our rates & terms page: a midnight surcharge, extra stops, extended waiting, meet & greet, and a 10% surcharge for credit card payments.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole of Singapore: Changi Airport (all terminals and Jewel), hotels, residences, offices, Sentosa, the cruise centres and attractions island-wide.
Do you offer child seats?
Child and booster seats can be arranged on request, subject to availability. Please mention the child's age in the special requests field when booking so we can prepare the right seat.
Is there a late-night surcharge?
A S$10 midnight surcharge applies to journeys between 23:00 and 06:30.
