Booking terms
1. Quotations and pricing
All fares quoted by SKO Limousine Services are nett and final and include ERP charges and car park fees incurred during the journey. Estimates shown on this website are calculated from our published rates and are confirmed when we accept your booking.
2. Waiting time
For departures and one-way transfers, 15 minutes of waiting time is complimentary from the booked pick-up time. For airport arrivals, 70 minutes of waiting time is complimentary from the flight's actual landing time. Additional waiting is charged in blocks of 15 minutes at S$10 for the 7, 9 and 13-seater vehicles and S$15 for the Toyota Alphard / Vellfire.
3. Additional services
- Additional pick-up or drop-off point: S$10 for the 7, 9 and 13-seater vehicles; S$15 for the Alphard / Vellfire.
- Meet & greet at the airport arrival hall: S$10.
- Midnight surcharge for journeys between 23:00 and 06:30: S$10.
- Professional tour guide (English and Mandarin): S$50 per hour, minimum 4 hours, charged in addition to the vehicle.
4. Hourly charters
Hourly charters are subject to a minimum of 3 hours for the 7, 9 and 13-seater vehicles and the Alphard / Vellfire, and 4 hours for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Time is counted from the booked pick-up time to the final drop-off.
5. Payment
Payment is made to the driver on completion of the journey unless otherwise agreed. Cash is accepted at the nett price. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal are accepted with a 10% surcharge.
6. Changes and cancellations
Changes to pick-up time, location or vehicle are free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked pick-up, subject to availability. Please notify us of any change or cancellation as early as possible by WhatsApp or phone.
7. Passengers, luggage and child seats
Passenger numbers must not exceed the seating capacity of the booked vehicle. Please state your luggage volume when booking so we can recommend a suitable vehicle. Child and booster seats are available on request, subject to availability.
8. Conduct
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Passengers are responsible for any damage or soiling beyond normal use, and cleaning charges may apply.
9. Liability
SKO Limousine Services will make every effort to arrive punctually but is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control. Passengers are advised to allow adequate time for flights and appointments.
