Frequently asked questions
Booking, pricing, waiting time, payments and everything else people ask before they ride with us.
How do I make a booking?
Call, SMS or WhatsApp +65 9821 5057, any time of day or night. You can also use the online booking form, which prepares your request and sends it to us by WhatsApp, SMS or email in one tap. We confirm the vehicle and nett price right away.
Are your prices really nett?
Yes. Every fare we quote is nett and final and already includes ERP charges and car park fees. The only additions are the ones listed on our rates & terms page: a midnight surcharge, extra stops, extended waiting, meet & greet, a Tuas area surcharge, and a 10% surcharge for credit card payments.
How much waiting time is included?
For departures and one-way transfers, 15 minutes of waiting is complimentary. For airport arrivals we allow 70 minutes from landing, which covers immigration and baggage collection. Additional waiting is S$10 per 15 minutes for the 7, 9 and 13-seaters, or S$15 for the Alphard/Vellfire.
What is the minimum for hourly bookings?
Hourly charters have a 3-hour minimum for the 7, 9 and 13-seater maxi cabs and the Alphard/Vellfire. The Mercedes Sprinter has a 4-hour minimum.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole of Singapore: Changi Airport (all terminals and Jewel), hotels, residences, offices, Sentosa, the cruise centres and attractions island-wide.
Do you provide child or baby seats?
No. We do not provide child, baby or booster seats in any of our vehicles. You are welcome to bring your own, and your chauffeur will help you fit it and store it between stops. Please mention it when booking so we can allow a little extra time.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one day ahead so we can guarantee your preferred vehicle. Last-minute bookings are welcome, but we need a minimum of one hour's notice to arrange a chauffeur. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the exception: every Sprinter booking, whichever service you choose, needs at least one week's notice.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when booking and we track your arrival, so a delay is never a problem. If you have added meet & greet, your chauffeur waits inside the arrival hall with a name board. Without it, your chauffeur stands by in the airport grounds and calls or messages you once you have landed to arrange where to meet. Either way, the 70-minute complimentary waiting period starts from your actual landing time.
Can I add an extra pick-up or drop-off point?
Yes. An additional pick-up or drop-off point is S$10 when it is within 5 km of the direct route, or S$15 when it is further than that. The same rates apply to every vehicle in our fleet. Just list the stops when you book.
Is there a late-night surcharge?
A S$10 midnight surcharge applies to journeys between 23:00 and 06:30.
Do you charge extra for Tuas?
Yes. A S$20 surcharge applies to any journey with a pick-up or drop-off in the Tuas area, on top of the published fare. Tuas lies at the far western end of Singapore, beyond the area our standard rates cover.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Customers in Singapore pay in advance by PayNow to our UEN, PayLah or bank transfer, all at the nett price. We send the payment details with your booking confirmation. Credit card is also accepted and adds a 10% surcharge, and it is the only method available for overseas bookings. We do not accept cash.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Changes are free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up. For later changes or cancellations, please let us know as early as possible by WhatsApp or phone and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you provide guided tours?
Yes. We provide professional guides who speak both English and Mandarin, at S$50 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. The guide is charged on top of the vehicle rate, so a tour in a 7-seater works out at S$100 per hour all in. See the tour guide page for details.
